This blanket truly is a miracle. Our son hated to sleep on his back and has always had a really strong startle reflex. We tried every single swaddling blanket out there, and this one finally worked!! The first time he slept 8 hours straight was in this blanket. We have been swaddling him in this since he was 8 weeks old and he is now 4 1/2 months and still sleeps through the night with it.
