Well, you have a lifetime fan out of me now. I work at a large, prolific company and I’ll be sure and post a big fat recommendation to our common newsgroup. I’ve only had this blankie for 1 full day, and already I’m reaping the rewards. Shannon was passed out before I even put the finishing touches on wrapping her up. Last night she slept 3-4 hours a stretch, which is a marathon for me. Tell ya what – this thing could really catch on if you could somehow affiliate your product with this “Back to sleep” campaign. Shannon is my first child, so I’ve got tons of info telling me about care and recommendations for newborns.Almost every pamphlet, book, or brochure mentioned putting them to sleep on their backs. After struggling with her screaming every time I laid her down to nap for 3 1/2 weeks, I tried swaddling her out of desperation because I noticed that her hands are nearly always attacking her face. She struggled for 1 minute, passed out, and slept for 4 hours. However, every subsequent time I swaddled, she pulled a Houdini and broke free.I gave up after a day and had 3 more sleepless days before I went back to swaddling. I was joking (before I saw your website)that I wanted to create and market a straightjacket for infants, only call it a “sleep jacket” … Miracle blanket also fits the bill.Mike, best of luck to you. Wow, this hurricane [Isabel] is REALLY blowing now. I feel like one of the 3 little pigs with that wolf huffing and puffing!
